BOOKING FEES

Effective immediately and applies to all clients!

In order to reserve your space, all booking requests requires a non refundable booking fee of 50% at the time of booking. Once the payment is received by e-transfer to info@lisaanella.com the appointment will be confirmed on our end. Clients can reschedule up to two times without loosing their booking fee, providing this is done before the 36 hours cancellation window expires. The booking fee will be deducted from their invoice at the time of check out.
